Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Carpets that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are also accepted for carpets with any factory defects that are clearly visible in the product itself or if the item differs from the description of the client's order.

Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

Reasons for Return:

  • We accept returns for the following reasons: defective products, incorrect items received, or items damaged during shipping.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return.

  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item, specifically showing the damage spots, and provide a detailed explanation of the damage or fault.

  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.).

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following countries office in UAE, India, or Iran

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made carpets are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the carpet's purchase price may apply to returns that are not due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Additional Notes:

  • For customers in the UAE, we offer a free pick-up service for returns. Please contact our customer support team to arrange this service.

  • For customers in India, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
