Grading of bitumen based on viscosity is done based on viscosity at temperatures of 60 (average temperature of the road surface during sunlight) and 135 (average bitumen temperature when mixing asphalt) degrees Celsius. Usually, in tropical regions, bitumen with a higher viscosity grade (for example, VG40) is used, and in cooler regions, bitumen with a lower viscosity grade (for example, VG10) is used.

Iran’s bitumen is one of the highest qualities in the world and at present Iran is the first exporter of bitumen in the Middle East and the fourth largest exporter globally. This product has been exported to the Middle East, South and East Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Eco-Friendly

Jumbo bags, or FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), are an environmentally friendly and cost-effective packaging solution in various sizes. we can offer jumbo bags in 300, 500-kilogram, and 1-ton capacities. These bags have two inner polymer layers to prevent leakage and two outer layers for added strength. The 1-ton jumbo bags are securely packed in disinfected boxes using chemical agents and following safety precautions before being placed inside containers.

Flexitanks are large, flexible bags made of polyethylene that can hold up to 24 tons of Bitumen. This method of packing is becoming more popular due to its low cost and ease of handling. Flexitanks are also more environmentally friendly than drums and jumbo bags, as they use less plastic. Bitutainers are large steel containers with a capacity of 25 tons of Bitumen. This method is a good option for customers who need to transport large volumes of Bitumen over long distances. They are also more secure than other packing options, as they are less likely to leak. With the benefit of suitable infrastructure, We can load all types of bitumen in the form of flexitanks and bitutainers in high volumes. We can carry out the major part of our exports in this way.

Bitumen Freight Services - Iran, Bandar Abbas Worldwide Shipping through 3rd party

Bulk shipments are a form of mass shipping where large quantities of goods are loaded onto shipping vessels without packaging. Bitumen ships are specially designed for this purpose.

To load and unload such ships in the ports of origin and destination, facilities including tanks, pipelines, and pumping stations have been installed, which use these facilities to carry out the loading and unloading process.

The minimum capacity of a Bitumen Bulk vessel is 1000 MTs which can increase up to 50,000 MTs. small vessel sizes are not workable for long distances.

Transportation of Bitumen is a major part of the process, with its complications and tips. A professional supplier should be able to ensure its clients that this process will go smoothly and hassle-free.

This will start from loading the drummed, packed, or bulk bitumen into the trucks, containers, and finally to vessels, and ends no earlier than delivering the goods to your destination port worldwide.

Important Notes:

• Any delay in payment due to market price fluctuations of Petroleum Bi-products will not be accepted. Short payments will affect the delivery quantity.

• Third-party inspection companies are allowed to control and confirm all stages of product quality testing, packaging, loading procedures, and container sealing.

• All payments must be made to our designated bank accounts. Payments to Principal companies in other countries are accepted, but the client is responsible for any associated banking, exchange, and transferring fees.

Negotiation:

The customer has the opportunity to negotiate the terms of the quotation, including price, delivery schedule, or payment terms, if feasible. Both parties will engage in discussions and reach an agreement on terms that are mutually acceptable through authorized representatives.
